Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Feb. 28-March 6:
Thomas Earl Dempsey, 33; Fritz Heath Wolff, 37; Jason Robert Mayer, 33; each forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Nicholas Mckenzie Andrews, 20, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), second offense. He was fined $150 and $85 in court costs.
Thomas Earl Dempsey, 33, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding a night limit of 65 mph.
Candace J. Aldrich, 32, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Dempsey also pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failure to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Matthew Paul Trogden, 25, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Nico Reid, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Trogden also pleaded guilty to failure to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. He was fined $15 and $35 in court costs.
Kurt Brian Marsh, 43; Theresa Marien Came, 64; Linda Wester Jones, 53; each forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Jonalyn Victoria Starkel, 21, pleaded guilty to assault. She was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Starkel also pleaded guilty to selling or providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age. She was fined $200 and $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with all suspended.
Juston W. Caston, 18, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Juston W. Caston, 18, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.
Ariene Margaret Manuel, 59, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
Regan Elizabeth Courville-Rosales, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $400 and $85 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
Robert John Conners, 22, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.
John Stacy Warren, 65, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Theresa Marien Came, 64, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
