Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases March 7-13:

Jason Bruce Richard, 34, pleaded guilty to speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph. He was fined $20. Richard also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner operator. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. 

Jaycen Lee Paul, 43, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent blood alcohol or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Raymond M. Yoder, 44, pleaded not guilty to permitting animals to run at large. He was fined $75 and $35 in court costs.

Ana C. Perez, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days with 179 days suspended. She is to complete the sentencing within 90 days. Perez also pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. The prosecution dismissed this charge.

Wayne A. Holcomb, 52, forfeited a $50 bond for unlawful use of vehicle while hunting, driving off established road.

Christopher Michael Pierre, pleaded not guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $500. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with all suspended. Pierre also pleaded not guilty to failing to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to property, fixtures along highway. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with all suspended. Pierre also pleaded not guilty to failing to remain at the scene of property damage accident, first offense. He was fined $200 and $35 in court costs and sentenced in 20 days in jail with all suspended.

Loretta Caryl Brown, 63, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Shaun W. Hobbs, 35, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

 

The following people forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit: Wendella Agnes Wadsworth, 56, and Shelby Nicole Vincent, 17.

Brady M. Nasset, 19, forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Thomas Justing Fallon, 33, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $35 and $35 in court costs. Fallon also pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.  Fallon also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner operator, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

 

The following people forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation: Andrew Dani Jackson, 38, Brian James Heikens, 30, Brady Aw Oakland, 20, and Henry Allen Symington, 43.

Dawn Gilroy, 51, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Tyler D. Hildreth, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Logan Oconnor Soukkala, 17, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Henry Allen Symington, 43, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failure to yield to approaching traffic, (immediate hazard), when making a left turn. Symington also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Beth Ellen Burns, 38, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Shayne William Ludwick, 24, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Jessica Shumway, 30, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on interstate urban, exceeding day limit of 65 mph.

Sydney Sandrock, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit.

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Anthony Edward Peterson, 47, and Ronald Robert Reiman, 54.

Christopher LaRue, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. LaRue also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Darrell William Aitken, 54, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for misrepresenting size or weight of load when obtaining special permit.
