Polson mother and son musicians Cole Halford and Jeri Currie entered the International Walmart Talent Search at the end of February, and the duo made the top 30 semi-finalists out of 800 entries from 14 countries. Now the world decides who will be in the top six to perform for the shareholder’s meeting in Bentonville, Ark. “We really want to go and perform in June for the shareholder’s meeting,” Currie said. “It’s already an honor to be chosen for the semi finals.” Both mother and son work at Walmart in Polson.
