Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases in St. Ignatius City Court during March:
Bonnie Eva Gainan, 39, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. Gainan was fined $600 plus $35 court costs and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
Douglas Hartsell, 36, and Karen Tromp, 60, forfeited their $75 bonds for speeding.
Desiree Miller, 25, Sarah Bachofner, 30, Corey Stapleton, 46, and Michael Munson, 32, forfeited their $50 bonds for speeding.
Robert O’Masters, 49, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, was fined $250 plus $35 court cost, and was sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended.
Christopher Sasser, 32, forfeited his $50 bond for school bus loading zone violation.
Joshua Simpson, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal contempt. He was fined $100 plus $85 court costs and was sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended.
In another case, Simpson pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, 60 grams or less, first offense. He was fined $250 plus $85 court costs and was sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended.
