Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases April 18-24:

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister: Daniel Elliot Moyle, 29, and Troy Ernest McMillan, 21.

Stephanie Janell Pruitt, 27, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Heather S. Mellem, 37, and Kathleen Emily Carter, 56. 

Jimmie Lee Arrington Jr., 51, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Hayley Trosello, 23, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and 10 days in jail with all 10 days suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: James Deamer Driscoll, 48, Jayann Marie Chipman, 33 and Andrea Nicole Mcdonald, 27.

The following individuals forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special speed limit: Cassandre Danelle Ducept, 26, and Morris Leroy Mcelvogue, 69. 

Shirley Rae Niles, 59, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

Michael Robert Ameisberg, 22, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
