Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Sept. 20-Sept. 26:

Sandra Eileen Adams, 66, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, first insurance. She was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Michael Christopher Hayes, 32, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. Hayes also pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third and subsequent offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Jason Thomas McNeil, 34, pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, first violation. He was fined $965 and $35 in court costs.

Katrina Marrie Bisson, 28, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $200 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Roy James S. Baltz, 63, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Sergey Alex Svetlichney, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court cost and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Cirdan Zachorius Nader, 20; Harry James Bales, 65; Jeffrey Leland Jennison, 24.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Kari Ellen Jackson, 42; Karen V. Tromp, 61; Carl Roderick Hughes, 71; and Ashley Louise Johnson, 24. 

The following individuals forfeited a $20 fine for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Kristen M. Pallant, 32; Nancy I. Martell, 48, and Georgia Davenport Zapata, 59.

Robert William Klawitter, 75, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Edward S. Bernhoft, 44, pleaded guilty to disorderly and was sentenced to 2 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to public nuisance.

Linda Dian Henrickson, 71, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Dennis Harper Toussaint, 58, forfeited a $60 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Diane L. Diamond, 65, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for stop sign violation.
