The choice for Lake County Commissioner is clear: Bill Barron. He has a proven record of leadership and an astute knowledge of the issues facing Lake County. I have seen first hand Bill’s ability to be a team player and problem solver. Most importantly Bill understands county government and its function.
Bill understands that counties are not businesses, per se, but are public service providers. Counties must develop and work within a balanced budget and cannot deficit spend like the Federal government. Bill has a public record of being fiscally responsible. His experience and knowledge are essential to the continuation of efficient and cost effective services to the Lake County public.
Another of Bill’s attributes as a local government official is his belief that people working together is the best way to solve problems. He is solution oriented and not an antagonist. He has developed working relationships with the State legislature, the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, and local municipalities. Bill’s management style is one of consensus building rather than bullying.
The future of Lake County is very important to Bill. Join me in voting to retain Bill Barron as Lake County Commissioner.
