Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from May 9-15:
John Lawrence Bliss, 40, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. he was fined $450, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and credit given for 1 day. Bliss also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $450, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

Travis Decker Davis, 29, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Donald Louis Fry, 86, pleaded guilty to improper turn, interfering with other traffic. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Fry also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.
Tyson Allen Atkinson, 28, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $150 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.
Cory James Fife, 25, pleaded guilty to speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph. He was fined $100.
Joseph Mackin Savage, 19, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $65 and $35 in court costs.
LaVerna Boothman Thorgaard, 53, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $40 and $35 in court costs.
Kassidy Colleen Malone-Douglas, 22, forfeited a $85 bond for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.
Lorraine Ann Miniati, 63, forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Geofrey William Rohrlach, 45, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs to operating a vehicle upon public highways without license plates.
Joseph John Dowdall, 54, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Charles William Forgey, 41, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Katherine Bailehy Klinge, 44, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Nathan Allen Nygaard, 69, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Ray Lamont Garrin, 30, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Jamie Dawn Jenks, 31, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Kirstin H. Sabin, 44, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Sean Conrad Hauser, 43, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Myles Richard Metzger, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Michael Page Crenshaw, 65, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Darcy Lynn Schacher, 51, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
James Ray Margues, 83, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Lana Kilner Pierce, 73, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Laura Franzina Moroldo, 41, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Stephen Kamp, 73, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for disorderly conduct.
