Judge Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases May 16-22:
Robert William Couture, 50, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family member. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Natalie Fern Streeter, 24, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Brandon Drake, 19, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Drake also pleaded not guilty to speeding. He was found guilty and fined $20.
Sandra M. Wirz, 43, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael Lebeau, 56, forfeited a $100 bond for hunting or fishing during closed season, game bird or fish. He also was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.
Justin Carl Orr, 32, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Amber C. Wymer, 36, forfeited an $85 bond for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.
The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Tami L. Degele, 48, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Ian Michael Foster, 32, $40; John R. Ewing, $60 plus $35 in court costs; Susan M. Peterson, 59, $30 plus $35 in court costs; Pamela Jo Ward, 54, $30 plus $35 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation: Eddie Robert Cowen, 30; Cameron Jene Bell, 25; David William Wilkening, 56; Stephen R. Sivak, 64.
