Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases May 23-29:
Mike Tucker, 52, forfeited a bond plus $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.
Tanner Keanan Barry, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Barry also pleaded guilty to speeding, going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Aspen Marie Mcleod, 19, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Jeremiah Robert McGreevey, 27, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a bond for speeding: Dustin Ray Whitegrass, 37, 62 mph in a 50 mph zone, $30 plus $35 in court costs; Todd A. Coutts, 52, 64 mph in 55 mph zone, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Katie Marie Spaid, 35, 64 mph in 45 mph zone, $50 plus $35 in court costs; Timothy Ross Walker, 66, 67 mph in 45 mph zone, $60 plus $35 in court costs; Coral K. Meyers, 30, 68 mph in a 50 mph zone, $50 plus $35 in court costs; Rosemarie Town Strope, 75, 63 mph in a 45 mph zone, $50 plus $35 in court costs; Amy Jo Williams, 37, 75 mph in a 45 mph zone, $70 plus $35 in court costs; Dennis Earl Lind, 66, 55 mph in a 45 mph zone, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Shirley J. Burns, 65, 55 mph in a 35 mph zone, $50 plus $35 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a bond for a seatbelt violation: Wade Martin Ingle, 43, $20; Janice Bowers Jarvie, 56, $20.
