Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from June 2 to 6 :

Richard Allen Oppelt, 30, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Oppelt also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

In another case, Oppelt pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. Oppelt also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. In a plea agreement he was given a deferred imposition of sentence, and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

The following people forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Mark R. Gibbons, 28; Susan Cook, 61; Ralph N. Luciano Jr., 28; Robert J. Cook, 53; Duane S. Anderson, 58. 

The following people forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Nathan C. Barbour, 51; Jonathan D. Delp, 24.

Larry James Boughton, 61, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Beartracks Joseph Calanche, 25; John William Mosley, 56; Andrea Peterson Ruhman, 51; Gennavieve A. Gray, 19.

The following people forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Tyler Jacon Olson, 17; Issac Nathaniel Jarvis, 25.

Robert Reid Gannon, 33, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to driving to right of roadway except when passing.

True W. Bryston-Johnson, 34, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and 10 days in jail with all 10 days suspended.

Yvonne Marie Hill, 50, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Ronald Ray Richwine, 69, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, truck on non-interstate exceed daytime 60 mph.

Issac Nathanial Jarvis, 25, forfeited a $70 bond for possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on the highway.

Nathan Daniel Boucher, 24, forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Norman R. Brewer, 19, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulations.

Mitchell J. Goetz, 20, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department order or rules.

Hugh Weightman Hockaday, 69, forfeited a $500 fine and $85 in court costs for criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500.
