Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases date: 

Sharon Sullivan Dickinson, 47, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Beverly Barnes Czerwinski, 63; Karlie Kevin Mcconnell, 26; Corinne Louise Mullowney, 30; Samantha R. Atwood, 19; John Ray Salomon, 49; David Ross Toyer, 60. 

Blanche F. Gobert, 84, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Gobert also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Matthew Scott Waldron, 38; Kimberly Marie Robinson-Slack, 41.

Richard Chaffin, 39, pleaded not guilty to violation of a protective order, first offense. He was fined $50 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Christine Marie Wall, 47, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Ernesto A. Najera, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs. 28, Najera also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Nicholas Gerten, 28, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Andrew Elwood Hoel, 43, forfeited a $100 bond for violation of commission or department orders or rules.
