Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases June 27 to July 10:

Alex Patrick Anderson, 25, forfeited a $60 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. Anderson also forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.

Anthony David Trotter, 43, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Karen V. Tromp, 59, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation and pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle – owner or operator- second offense. She was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended.

Sonya Marie Paul, 24, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.

Peter Gary Smedile, 62, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Jeffrey Bagley, 51, forfeited a $70 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Michael George Green, 69, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely – reasonable and prudent.

Daniel Ray Parker, 54, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He also forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit:  Thomas Kennedy, 64; Tucker John Tonjum, 18; Matthew Dale Wright, 24; Ariel Sebastian Wooden, 23.

James Vernon McClure, 71, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for stop sign violation. 

James Michael Farrier, 30, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 102-inch width limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer: Ian R. Mooney, 49; Jim Dickie, 63.

Teresa Lynn Goldsby, 50, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Goldsby also pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 173 suspended.

Ernest Hugh Peters, 57, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Jacqueline Fleck Vannoy, 51; Bruce Ralph Sievers, 73; Ryan Daley, 35. 

Joyce Helen Tucker, 61, forfeited a $40 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

The following individuals forfeited $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with an expired registration, failure to reregister: Gabriel James Ouellette, 32; James Richard Guillot III, 24; Angelique Marie Jacobs, 27; Jennah Lynn Siegfried, 24; Jesse Michael Manning, 36; Cody Patrick Gardipy, 22; Christopher Dalimata, 50.

Robert R. Earling, 49, pleaded guilty to failure to wear personal flotation device. He was fined $25 and $35 in court costs.

Rene D. Nazelrod, 38, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

Sean Foster Cheff, 50, pleaded guilty to making a left turn from an improper lane. He was fined $35 and $35 in court costs.

Jonathan Koontz, 42, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Makaliah Audrey Wilson, 20; Stephanie Ann Morton, 28; John Richard Kennedy, 35; George William Merseal, 69.

Justina Hagen, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Denver Lee Henderson, 32; Patrick Kelly Ireland, 33.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Kody Arthur Moderie, 23; John Wesley Maynard, 43; Thomas Zachary Brandon, 27; William L. Roach, 36; Shane Karl Buston, 36; Jared Andrew Stewart, 28; Rose Ann Knott, 52; Dominic David Burland, 18; David Lane Crawford, 64.

Tammy Louise Toste, 37, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle – owner or operator – first offense.

Kristy Roylance Cordis, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Derek Harvey Flesch, 25, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for person under 12 years without personal flotation device.

Keither Wenderoth, 45, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices. 

Travis Parmiter, 21, forfeited a $10 bond and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.

Brian Schweyen, 46, forfeited a $50 fine and $85 in court costs for prohibited operation – allowing underage operator without supervision.

Randall I. Wood, 49, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to wear personal flotation device.

Susan P. Arneson, 56, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

Timmye Wilkinson, 48, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and was fined $40 for speeding on interstate urban, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.
