Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases July 11-17:

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Jeremy James Pickering, 29, and Carmin Otoupalik Moulding, 36.

Cari Ann Peters, 32, pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $500. She was fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced 20 days in jail with all suspended. Peters also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle – owner or operator – first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with all suspended. Peters also pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

William J. Zehner Jr., 44, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Dane Okerlund, 25, and Karen Louis Loli, 27.

Melanie L. Cross, 54, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Erin Dininny Harris, 47, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.

The following individuals forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Scott Richard Keiter-Charles, 25, and Andrew Jules Levy, 39.

Virginia Marshall Smith, 72, forfeited a $250 bond, $35 in court costs and 10 days in jail with all suspended for operating without liability insurance.

The following individuals forfeited $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone: Nancy Ernst Lundgren, 64, and John Joern, 22.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer: Adria Kassion, 36, and Stacey O. Petrey.

Erik Michael Aguiluz, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered.

Krisopher Michael Lawson, 25, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Gary Mulkigian, 43, forfeited $50 in fines and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Joshua David Gowen, 35; Mark Lewis Hansen, 54; and Kit Tyler Corum, 30.

Tarakay L. Edner, 30, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Robert William Rush, 21, forfeited a $40 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Timothy Wayne Muth, 43, pleaded guilty to no annual recreational use license and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Jack L. Lister, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

Harvinder Singh Mander, 27, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 53-foot maximum semi-trailer length.

Melissa Denese Hertz, 32, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
