POLSON — The next gathering of the “Thyme for Herbs Group” is Monday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m. at the North Lake County Public Library meeting room, (2 First Ave. E- use the east side door).

Flu season is upon us, so we are concentrating our studies on building a healthy immune system and continuing our “Herbal 911 Studies”. We are learning which herbs we need to have in our homes and how to use them when we have a health issue. Planning ahead could prevent those discomforts, which seem to come with fall and winter. Anyone interested in learning to use herbs for better health is invited to join us. Bring your questions for discussion.

If you have questions, please call Linda Peterson at (406) 319-2446.
