POLSON - Middle and high school students are invited to the Polson library every second Friday of the month for Game Club, where you can laugh and play with friends. Doors open at 4 p.m.

POLSON - Lake County Pachyderm will meet on Friday, April 11, at noon. Guest speaker will be Montana District Judge Molly Owen. Molly will speak about the 20th Judicial Court Adult Treatment Court and the mental health crisis we are currently facing. The meeting will be held at the Polson Rural Fire Station located at 25 Regatta Road.

POLSON — Students turning 4 on or before Sept. 10, 2005, can register for Pre-K (LEAP) on Thursday, April 10 from 4-7 p.m. or Friday, April 11, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Call 406-883-6333 to schedule an appointment. There are only 30 spots available. Bring guardian ID, proof of Polson residency, child’s birth certificate, child’s vaccination record and Tribal paperwork if applicable.

POLSON - Join The Bookfest Club on Saturday, April 12. Go to the North Lake County Public Library ‘s Community Room for a book discussion about “Anxious People.” Coffee and tea will be available from The Joyful Cup. Stop by the front desk or call 406-883-8225 to sign up.

POLSON - Polson Library’s kindergarten readiness program for 3-5 year olds includes stories, songs and crafts and takes place every Thursday and Saturday at 2 p.m. This week’s theme is colors.

POLSON -  Join the Boys and Girls Club, 110 17th Ave. W, for the Great Futures free luncheon on Tuesday, April 15, at noon. Check out their program, discover the impact the club is making and find out what’s coming. 

POLSON - The Polson Library will host the AARP Driver Safety course on Tuesday, April 15, from 1-5 p.m. No exams and you may be eligible for an auto insurance discount. Class materials are $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members. To register call 406-883-9225.

POLSON - Polson Library’s Page Turners group will meet at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, for a lively book discussion about Ellen Baskin’s book, “The Westing Game.” You can pick up your free copy of the book at the library. Sign up at the front desk or call us at 406-883-8225. There will also be activities and snacks.

POLSON - You are welcome to bring donations 9 a.m.-6 p.m. to the North Lake County Public Library. There is a limit of two boxes at a time.

POLSON - Navigating the Road to Life Transition Fair will be held on Thursday, April 17, at the  Polson Boys and Girls Club from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. This fair aims to connect individuals with disabilities, their guardians or caretakers and the agencies that provide services and support.

POLSON - Mother Goose is held on Fridays at 10 a.m. at the North Lake County Public Library. Join them in this interactive program for 0-24 month old children. Enjoy rhyming books, finger plays, nursery gymes and songs along with interactive activities for caregivers and their little ones.

POLSON - The Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board will meet Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Lake County Library in Polson. All interested persons are invited to attend. The board is composed of tribal and state appointees and a representative of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The board is advisory to the state and tribes and is responsible for the development of cooperative management plans, which include fishing and bird hunting regulations. POLSON - On Thursday, April 24, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Tribal Health will present, “Reason to Live! Wellness Summit” at the KwaTaqNuk Resort.
