Preston to speak on success
RONAN — Mission Valley Sub-network of the Missoula Women’s Network will hold a meeting at the Lake County Community Development Building, 407 W Main Street, on Thursday Jan. 15, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Speaker for the meeting will be Judy Preston, Judy Preston Consulting, owner of Skill Builders, LLC, a business development company specializing in leadership consulting, training and coaching. Her topic will be: “What Successful People Do Differently.”

Literacy activities planned
RONAN — The Lake County Health Department is sponsoring a Parents as Teachers Group Connection in Ronan at the MSU Lake County Extension office, 300 Third Street NW, on Tuesday, Jan. 20, from 10-11:30 a.m.

Red Cross calls for donors at blood drive
RONAN — The American Red Cross with be at St. Luke Community Hospital on Thursday, Jan. 22, for our semi-annual blood drive from 11 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Donating blood is a simple thing to do, but it can make a big difference in the lives of others. The donation process from the time you arrive until the time you leave takes about an hour. If you would like to donate, please call (406) 528-5269 to schedule your appointment
