Sign ups held for Mission baseball
ST. IGNATIUS — The Mission Summer Recreational Baseball Program will have sign ups for all ages, 5 years to 15 years, on Monday, March 11; Wednesday, March 13; and again on Monday, March 18 at 6 p.m. in the Taekwondo Building in St. Ignatius. Coalition offers “Hate Free Zone” event
ST. IGNATIUS — A free workshop entitled, “Creating Inclusive Schools and Communities 2.0,” sponsored by Flathead Reservation Human Rights Coalition, will be offered Saturday, March 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mission Valley United Methodist Church. This workshop will focus on skills to build allies and confront prejudice and bias using role-playing in both school and community settings. Interested community members are invited to attend. Continuing education credits will be offered for teachers, law enforcement, nurses, day care workers and social workers. A free lunch is included.

Mission Legion meeting scheduled
ST. IGNATIUS — American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary District 4’s spring meeting will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 16, in the St. Ignatius Community Center.

Chicago pastor shares story
ST. IGNATIUS — Zion Lutheran in St. Ignatius invites the community to a presentation by Pastor Hicham Chehab from the Chicago area titled, 'From Radical Islamist to Servant of Christ' that reveals his journey to faith. He will be sharing the story of God's grace in his life along with his mission and ministry to Arabs and Muslims.
