Calling Lake County artists for public art mural project

News from Sandpiper Art Gallery POLSON - The Sandpiper Art Gallery is accepting applications from Lake County artists to paint the Sacajawea Park pump house, a public art mural project. The mural theme for the building is “By the water.” Possible inspirational ideas include swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking and wake board surfing. Also, designs should utilize the color palette that is the same as the Sacajawea Restroom murals. The selected artist will work with the Sandpiper Research and Development Committee from Sandpiper to organize Polson volunteers to help complete the murals. Submission deadline is July 13.
