Jalen Douglas Caye, 23, pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs. According to court records, on July 21, 2022, a confidential informant was fitted with a transmitter for tracking and recording purposes, and given $120 to purchase three oxycodone pills containing fentanyl.
