ST. IGNATIUS — Goodbye winter; so long snow. It’s time to watch the flowers grow.
The AARP Safe Driving Class will be held on Friday, March 31, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. If you are interested and want to sign up, please call the center at 406-745- 4462.
The quilters are in the center on Mondays from 10:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
The card party will be held on the second Monday evening of each month at 7 p.m. and everyone is welcome.
The Ukulele group will on the first and third Monday evenings at 7 p.m.
The Neighborhood Watch group will meet on the third Tuesday evening of each month at 7 p.m. and the public is encouraged to attend.
We are still trying to get a cribbage tournament put together. If you are interested, call the center.
Our next board meeting will be on April 11 at 10:30 a.m. and nutrition reports will be given.
Our next nail clinic will be on April 18 from 10 a.m.-noon. Please call the center to sign up.
The last day for AARP tax aid will be April 4.
If you would like to have your taxes done call the center to make an appointment.
Menus are subject to change:
— Friday March 31: chicken enchiladas at noon
— Tuesday April 4: sausage casserole at noon
— Wednesday April 5: evening meal - roast beef at 5:30 p.m.
— Friday, April 7: beef stroganoff
Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors, and commodities are available to qualified applicants. Please call the center for more information.
Everyone is welcome at the St. Ignatius Senior Center. You do not have to be a senior citizen to join us for lunch or dinner.
