USDA opens 2020 enrollment for ARC and PLC Programs
WASHINGTON – Agricultural producers now can enroll in the Agriculture Risk Coverage and Price Loss Coverage programs – two U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) safety net programs – for the 2020 crop year. Meanwhile, producers who enrolled farms for the 2018 crop year have started receiving more than $1.5 billion for covered commodities for which payments were triggered under such programs.
RHS students plan ‘Trick or Can’ Halloween food drive

RONAN — Ronan Family Career and Community Leaders of America would like to announce their Halloween food drive. FCCLA is a club at Ronan High School. This year, members of the club will be trick-or-treating all around Ronan. Instead of candy, we ask for a canned food or non-perishable item. After we gather what we have received, we will donate everything to the Bread Basket. Donate if you can, anything helps.
Volunteer judges needed

Ronan High School speech and debate will host the Gale Patrick Miller Invitational Speech, Drama, and Debate Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 9. Volunteer judges are needed throughout the day from 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No experience is necessary; anyone who has been out of high school for two years can judge.
