ST. IGNATIUS — Why do people wear shamrocks on St. Patrick’s Day? Because real rocks are too heavy.
AARP will be teaching their “Safe Driving Class” on Friday, May 8, from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Call the center at 406-745-4462 to get signed up.
Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors. If you would like to order or cancel a meal please call before 10 a.m. We are sorry but there are no deliveries on Wednesdays.
Bingo is played after almost every lunch.
Menu:
— Tuesday, March 10: Tater tot casserole
— Friday, March 13: YIKES! birthday dinner - chicken
— Tuesday, March 17: Happy St. Patty’s Day! stir fry
— Wednesday, March 18: evening meal - corned beef, cabbage at 5:30 p.m. followed by bingo at 6:30 p.m. with 25-cent cards and a $50 blackout
— Friday, March 20: soup, sandwiches
— Tuesday, March 24: taco salad
Our menu is subject to change.
Commodities will be here on Tuesday, March 17, and available for pick up after 2 p.m.
The food pantry is looking for volunteers to work Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
