News from SKCF PABLO — Penny Kipp was the first official employee of Salish Kootenai College and served on the Headwaters Foundation board from 2018 until her passing in April of 2020. Headwaters Foundation saw the opportunity to create a legacy for Kipp within the SKC community she loved so much with the creation of a new scholarship endowment fund.
