News from the Montana Coaches Association The Montana Coaches Association is pleased to announce that the following local Montana coaches have been selected as finalists for National Coach of the Year or AD of the Year award by the National High School Athletic Coaches Association: Larry Smith — softball coach in Polson; Bret Thompson — boys’ track and field coach in Charlo, Bob Owen — wrestling coach in Polson.
