Mother Goose provides fun, learning
POLSON —Mondays mean Mother Goose at the North Lake County Public Library. Join us at 9:15 a.m. Mother Goose is geared toward ages 0 to 3, but all are welcome.
We encourage parents and caregivers to participate with their children for this early learning time.
It is important that all children attending have an opportunity for appropriate, safe play for their age.

Annual Polson Booster Club fundraiser held
POLSON — On Friday, March 3, the annual Polson Booster fundraiser will be held at the Mission Valley Elks Lodge. The evening will begin with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. the live auction, golden pint drawing, team basket auction, a dessert auction and a 50/50 drawing events will begin. Visit with local MT legislators
RONAN — Put March 6, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ronan Community Center on your calendar for a legislative update. It will be hosted by Northwest Counties Farm Bureau in conjunction with the Lake County Commissioners and the Lake County Democrat and Republican Central committees. Hoping everyone will come visit with our local Montana legislators.

Horsemen to meet
Mission Valley Backcountry Horsemen is having their next monthly meeting on March 7 at 7 p.m. at the VFW in Ronan.
There will be discussions about the recent Rally For Public Lands that took place in Helena at our Capitol building, and the upcoming celebration/convention about Back Country Horsemen celebrating 50 years of service at the Majestic Arena in Kalispell April 14-16. CHARLO — Leon Hall Community Potluck will be held on Wednesday, March 8, at Leon Hall, 35964 Leon Road. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and at 6 p.m. you can line up for pot luck supper. Open to those in the Mission Valley looking for a low key social evening.
