Free bookcase building project held May 22

ST. IGNATIUS – In an effort to build literacy resources, Just Read Mission Valley is offering a free bookshelf-building workshop.  “Every family should have a library of books in the home, and we’d like to help make that possible,” event organizers state. “Just Read Mission Valley is an initiative to help children ages 0-5 gain experience and skills to build literacy in reading and other areas of life in the home.”  The ongoing initiative will include other activities, including resources, demonstrations and education.
