POLSON — Karen Rae Hankins, of Ronan and Pablo, Montana, 72, passed away July 9, 2023, at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Polson. Karen was born to Ray and Geraldine Hankins on Feb. 1, 1950, in Tacoma, Washington. She attended school and graduated from college there. Karen was married for a time, later divorcing. She worked with her dad doing construction in Washington state for the Army Corp of Engineers, traveling with her folks to several states. She later moved to a ranch west of Ronan.
