Dads know a lot, but Grampas know everything.
Senior bowling will commence on Sept. 9. Fran has been calling her bowlers but in case you didn’t get the call, now you know. It will be $9 this year. The beautiful part of this is that it is a non-sanctioned league, meaning, if you can’t make it, you don’t pay. Contact Frani at (406) 883-1125, if you would like to be on a team. Start time is 1 p.m.
We have a lot of donated books here that are free for the taking.
The toenail clinic is the second Wednesday of each month. This month it is on the 10th, from 10 a.m.- noon.
The veteran representative is here on Sept. 16 from 10 a.m.-noon.
The hearing clinic is on Sept. 23 from 9 -11 a.m.
Sometime this month we will have our annual membership drive complete with banana splits. The date will be announced later. Read this weekly newsletter for updates.
Don’t forget about our bingo games every Friday night starting at 7 p.m. with a $100 blackout game.
Our diners have been enjoying all of the donated fresh garden veggies. Thanks to all who have shared their bounties.
The lunch menu for the coming week is:
• Thursday, Sept. 4: meat loaf, whipped potatoes
• Friday, Sept. 5: taco soup, corn bread
• Monday, Sept. 8: cheeseburgers, tater tots
• Tuesday, Sept. 9: turkey potpie with biscuits
• Wednesday, 10: beef stroganoff
