The City Council of the City of Ronan, MT is requesting proposals for Professional Legal Attorney services. The City Attorney, when required, shall prepare for the use of the Council, contracts and ordinances for the City of Ronan and give the Mayor and/or City Council verbal and/or written opinions on questions pertaining to the duties, rights, liabilities and powers of the City, the Mayor, and the Council. Attorney shall be responsible for prosecuting all violations within the city limits, including violations of state law and City ordinances on behalf of the City of Ronan, in City Court. The City of Ronan holds Council meetings the 1stand 3rd Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m. Please submit a letter of interest and proposal prior to November 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., at Ronan City Hall, 207 Main SW, Ronan, MT.

Hydrologic tech/Hydrographer

HYDROLOGIC TECHNICIAN/ HYDROGRAPHER I
NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
   The successful applicant must possess two years of college education or one year of college with a physical science background, or a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience in Natural Resource Data Collection. Must possess a current valid driver's license and be insurable under the Tribes insurance policy. Must wear Tribal Government identification and safety apparel when conducting field activities. All applicants are required to submit a Tribal application, copy of relevant transcript, a copy of current valid driver's license, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted.  This position is not a (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by CSKT must pass pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary range $14.56 to $16.83 per hour, plus benefits.
