    The Board of Trustees of Ronan School District No. 30 will consider hiring Naomi Mock, sister-in-law of Tom Anderson, member of the Board of Trustees, as a High School Girls Basketball Assistant Coach at the regular board meeting on November 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the K. William Harvey Multipurpose Room. By virtue of relationship, the proposed hiring of Naomi Mock falls within the scope of Section 2-2-302, MCA.

    The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes' Natural Resources Department is requesting bids for the Water Quality Assessment Report for stream monitoring sites located on the Flathead Indian Reservation. Contractors are invited to submit a bid for the report of the narrative and graphical account of water quality within the Reservation boundaries. Water quality data will be provided by the Natural Resource Department to be summarized and interpreted by the contractor. An example of the guidance used for this type of document can be found here: hhttps://www.epa.gov/sites/ production/files/2014-08/documents/dataassessment_2009.pdf.
    This contract will begin after a review and awarding of the successful bid has been completed and end September 30, 2020. The awarded contractor must provide proof of Professional and General Liability Insurance.
    This is a Tribal Preference bid of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Tribal contractors who wish to receive Indian Preference must obtain certification by the Indian Preference Office as a Legitimate Indian owned business prior to the submission of bid. The Proof of Indian Preference Certification must be included with your bid in the form of a copy of the Certificates issued by the Indian Preference Office. Be advised that evidence of your membership or affiliation with a Tribe does not constitute Indian Preference Certification. You must be certified by the Indian Preference Office in order to claim preference.
    The selection of the successful contractor and award of the contract will be per the provisions of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe's Indian Preference Ordinance 101A. Remember it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to obtain and provide proof of Indian Preference Certification from the Indian Preference Office.

Wetland Cartography/Data Collection Work for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes' Wetland Program
    The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) Environ- mental Protection Department is requesting bids for a Contractor to perform wetland cartography, data analysis, land cover change analysis, report writing and editing, and sample collection for the CSKT Tribal Wetland Program.
    The NRD is seeking to hire the Consultant with 15 years of experience in geographic information systems, data analysis, data collection, and report development for the Tribes and the Environmental Protection Agency. Specifically, the Consultant needs to have experience collecting wetland data for assessments, familiarity with wetland delineation and classification on the Flathead Indian Reservation, and experience writing environmental assessment documents for federal agencies. Contractor must have experience collecting data using the 2008 Montana Department of Transportation Rapid Assessment Method. Contractor must also have experience using the Montana Natural Heritage Program website and data. The contract for consultant services will begin November 7, 2019 and be completed by September 30, 2021. All work will be performed on the Flathead Indian Reservation.
    The selection of the successful contractor and award of the contract will be per the provisions of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe's Indian Preference Ordinance 101A. Remember it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to obtain and provide proof of Indian Preference Certification from the Indian Preference Office.
