SUBSEQUENT MINOR SUBDIVISION
OF TRACT 5 OF MARIPOSA SUBDIVISION
Carstens and Associates, on behalf of G&G Livestock, have proposed a subsequent minor subdivision to create a two (2) lot subdivision from Tract 5 of Mariposa Subdivision. Lot 5A will be approximately 40.95 acres and Lot 5B will be approximately 59.56 acres, and used for single-family residential and agricultural purposes. The property is located near Big Arm, adjacent to Walking Horse Lane, approximately 3.2 miles southwest of US Highway 93. RIGHT TO FARM POLICY WORKING SESSION
The Planning Board will revisit a discussion from 2016 regarding the adoption of a Right to Farm Policy. In 2016, a draft Right to Farm Policy was reviewed by the Board and comments were received from the public. The Board should now hear any additional public comments regarding the draft Right to Farm Policy, review the changes Planning Staff has made to the draft Policy document based on comments received from the Board and public, and determine a direction moving forward.

Information regarding the agenda items is available at the Lake County Planning Dept, Rm 315 of the Lake County Courthouse. Written comments received by July 2, 2018 will be included in the board packets. All written and verbal comments are welcome and will be forwarded to the Board for their consideration.  Comments received after July 2 will be provided to the Board at the meeting, which may not provide sufficient time for review of the comment.  Public comments regarding water and/or sewer proposals for subdivisions are encouraged to be submitted in writing.
