Warriors, Scarlets pick up personal bests

Arlee competed in the Lake County track meet last Tuesday and in the Seeley Invitational on Saturday.  Jessica Knoll won the 400 in 63.0 and the 800 in 2:39, as well as anchoring the 1,600-meter relay team of Whitney Malatare, Becca Whitesell and Alex Adams, which finished second with a season-best time of 4:35. Adams placed second in the pole vault with a leap of 7-6; she was second in the long jump going 15-3.5, and second in the 100, running 13.52.  Malatare was third in the triple jump with 31 feet and fourth in the long jump (15-2).
