Admissions clerk, Nurse aid

    St Luke Community Hospital has the following positions open: 1) A full time and part time Admissions Clerk. Must be available to work day and evening shifts and some weekends; shifts are 6:45 am – 3:15 pm, 10 am - 6 pm or 3 – 11:30 pm. Must possess professional customer service and effective communication skills as well as general office and computer skills. 2) A full time Nurse Aide/CNA. Schedule is 3 twelve hour shifts per week. Care coordinator

CARE COORDINATOR
TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
(1 or more positions)
    The successful applicant must have a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license from the State of Montana or compact state. Graduate from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, with two years of nursing experience, with at least one (1) year of ambulatory care nursing experience preferred.  OR Currently enrolled in a BSN program. Five (5) years of nursing experience, with at least one (1) year of ambulatory care nursing experience preferred. Basic Life Support certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred. Certification in Care Coordination preferred, required within three (3) years of employment. Must maintain proper licensure/certification and registration; if required. Must possess a valid driver's  license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application and copy of academic transcript/training certificate, copy of licensure, completed supplemental background questionnaire (contact the CSKT Personnel Department), copy of driver's license, proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. Care Navigator

    The successful applicant must possess for Level I - Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program with six months' experience as a registered nurse in a comparable area of specialty.  Prefer experience with electronic health record applications. For Level II - Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program with six months' experience as a registered nurse in a comparable area of specialty.  Prefer experience with electronic health record applications.  Preferred experience:  Knowledge with confidential departments.  Experienced with electronic health record applications.  Medical terminology and understanding healthcare workflows. Knowledge of electronic prescribing programs and software. Knowledge of behavioral health software and documentation processes. All applicants must be proficient and have a strong working knowledge of electronic health record systems, clinical software, and Microsoft Office applications. Must possess a current Montana State R. N. license. Basic Life Support Certification. Existing or new National Provider Number. FAMILIES FIRST INTERVENTION ADVOCATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
    The successful applicant is preferred to have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Bachelor's Degree in related fields, such as Sociology, Psychology, Human Services or Law Enforcement, and a minimum of (2) years' working experience in the area of child welfare services, Tribal TANF, and/or addiction treatment, law enforcement, juvenile probation, etc. Or, an AA Degree in Human Services with three (3) years' successful documented work experience in the field of Human Services, Child Welfare, Tribal TANF, Law Enforcement, Juvenile or Adult Probation, etc. Must pass background investigation if hired. Must have never been convicted of or pled guilty to a crime of domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, sexual offense or crime of violence (felony). Must not have resigned to avoid disciplinary actions or have been dismissed from employment within the past three (3) years. Possess a valid Montana driver's license and maintain liability insurance. No involvement with any child or social service protection agency as a client, no alcohol or drug abuse charges or domestic violence charges within the past five (5) years mandatory.
