National monitoring center supervisor

NATIONAL MONITORING CENTER SUPERVISOR CONTRACT POSITION NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
    The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a natural resource management field, business, information technology, engineering, geospatial information systems, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft File Explorer, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Reader, as well as proficiency with regular and frequent communication through e-mail and the Internet. Experience in working and communicating with the public, or in an office working with other personnel where communicating information was important to that position. At least five years of experience in supervision and training of other employees, especially within the Tribal organization.  Must possess a valid Montana driver's license and be insurable under the Tribes policy. Must wear Tribal Government identification and safety apparel as required. Must successfully complete defensive driving on-line course upon hire and every-three years thereafter. All applicants are required to submit a Tribal application, copies of relevant academic transcripts and/or certificates, a copy of current valid driver's license and proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted.  This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by CSKT must pass pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary range $21.00 to $24.35 per hour, plus benefits. (Registered Nurse) and it is preferred that they have a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a field that encompasses social work, administration, budget management, case management, supervision and/or health related training.  A valid Montana driver's license and specialized training and/or a minimum of three years of experience in client advocacy, supervision and professional case management is desired. Must have experience in managing a paraprofessional staff of 10 or more or 10 or more patients. Snow plowing services

RFP-Snow Plowing Services
    CSKT DHRD Elderly Services Program is seeking to contract the services of individuals to provide snow and slush removal for Tribal Elders and those designated by Tribal Council action. Contractors shall be qualified Contractors who are listed as Indian Preference Contractors by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. No non-member Contractors are being solicited. Bid Proposal Packets will be provided by the Elderly Services Program Office. These packets will give details on the areas that will be bid out and the guidelines for this year's procedures. Please submit proof of personal Vehicle Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation or Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate,
completed W-9 tax form, Contractors General Liability Insurance, and Indian  Preference Certificate with your bids. A minimum of 4” of snow is required before snow plowing services can be provided. In addition, contractors will be providing slush removal services this year. There must be a minimum of 4" of slush to provide slush removal services. Contractors shall also be required to use blade shoes when providing services in order to not remove clients' crushed gravel on their driveways. Contractors shall be clearing only pre-approved  elders' driveways. Contractors will not plow paths to woodpiles, sheds, etc. Additionally, there are no lists from previous years. Contractors will work directly with the Elders' Program for specific directions. Proposals must be received by 5:30 on September 19, 2019. Mailing address CSKT DHRD, P.O. Be advised that evidence of your membership or affiliation with a Tribe does not constitute Indian Preference Certification. You must be certified by the Indian Preference Office in order to claim preference.
