Must be available to work various shifts and some weekends; shifts are 6:45 am – 3:15 pm, 10 am - 6 pm, or 3 – 11:30 pm. Must possess professional customer service and effective communication skills as well as general office and computer skills. Behavioral health specialist

    The successful applicant must possess a Master's degree in a psychology, social work, nursing or other relevant behavioral health field preferred. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field such as in clinical social work. One year clinical experience conducting suicide risk assessment, hospitalization processes, and crisis planning and triage preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric medications, symptom interference, crisis triage and evidence-based interventions, treatment planning, and behavioral activation, preferred. Licensure under the State Board of Licensing for scope of practice such as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinically Social Worker. May possess provisional candidate licensure status in accordance with the Montana Board of Behavioral Health Licensing. Must have valid Montana State driver's license. As a Dietitian you would consult in the total operations of the Dietary Department for patients, residents in our long-term care, and employees of St. Luke. You would assess clients, conduct nutritional consultations, provide dietary counseling, develop diet plans, and coordinate the Diabetic Education Program. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or other related field with completed dietetic internship; be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; be a successful applicant for a Montana Nutritionist License or RDN/Licensure eligible; at least one year of Dietitian experience, have sound decision making and problem solving capabilities, possess effective communication, customer service and strong computer skills. This position provides social services to residents, their families, and significant others to enable them to deal with the impact of illness and extended care placement as well as to achieve maximum benefit from health care services. The applicant must be a nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Montana; have previous experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care related facility; be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing as well as medical practices, procedures, law, regulations and guidelines governing long term care. Must be willing to fill in as a nurse when needed and to take call on some weekends.
