BILLINGS – Ronan sophomore Noah Cheff (132) won his first state wrestling title by pinning Kameron Rauser of Townsend in just 14 seconds Saturday evening at the Rimrock Auto Arena in Billings. Noah’s dad, coach Hap Cheff, said he was thankful for a healthy season.
