Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from April 9-15:

Curtis Matthew Fehrs, 44, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. If Fehrs provides proof of insurance by May 1 and proof of six months continuous insurance by Nov. 1, then the jail time will be waived. 

Alex W. Worrall, 21, pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $65, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. 

Ashley Ferol Bailey, 22, pleaded no contest to careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. 

James Robert Allen, 49, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - first offense and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and charged $70 in court costs. 

For operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - first offense he was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and for driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and one day credit. 

In another case, Allen pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty of both charges, fined $550 and charged $120 in court costs.

For driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. 

Nathan Templer, 19, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to $35 in court costs. 

Debbie Lynn Buffington, 49, was found guilty for speeding, going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. She was fined $20 and charged $35 in court costs. 

• Megan Ann Hyvonen, 34, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. 

Jeffery Charles Miller, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. 

If Miller provided proof of six months of consecutive insurance for his vehicle, the fine will be reduced by $100 and the jail time will be waived. 

Roy Oliver Campbell, 29, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone, and driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days. 

He was found guilty on both charges, fined $130 and charged $70 in court costs. 

Arthur Richard Mendoza Jr., 43, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days and operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $300 and charged $70 in court costs. 

Raylynn Marie Cannon, 18, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect - second offense. She was found guilty, fined $350 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Johnny Dean Cook, 51, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof of or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Devin Brian Bower, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.
