Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Sept. 5-11:

Patience JoAnn Yonkin-Salois, 19, pleaded not guilty to violation of restrictions on instruction permit. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation: Kimberly Rea Mcgillivray, 31; Chancey Scott Dennison, 20; Jeffrey Aaron Bounds, 36; Kathleen Mame Dennis, 55; Dominique D.L. Garcia, 20; Christopher N. Marengo, 37; Robert Lavane Neal, 56; Darrel Steven Ostler, 40; Chance Austin Rosenbaum, 21.

Leanne Bonita Jessop, 49, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. 

Donald William Thomas Peterson, 22, pleaded not guilty to unlawful transactions with children, first violation. He was found guilty and fined $150, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 5 days suspended and 15 days in home time.

Manuel Figueroa, 60, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Shawn Matthew Palmer, 27, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or greater, first offense. He was f9und guilty and fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Casey Ray Morgan, 28, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

James Arren Bauer, 36, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Bauer also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Patience JoAnn Yonkin-Salois, 19, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance- first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Yonkin-Salois also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Yonkin-Salois also pleaded not guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. She was found guilty and fined $5 and $35 in court costs. Yonkin-Salois also pleaded not guilty to fleeing from or eluding peace officer. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Yonkin-Salois also pleaded not guilty to failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal. She was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Yonkin-Salois also pleaded not guilty to traveling the wrong direction, one-way street or highway. She was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Monte Wayne Baer, 49, forfeited $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Seth L. Nelson, 19, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for littering, dumping/leaving any garbage/dead animal/refuse/debris.

David Delos Robbins, 57, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit.

Lawrence R. Hunter, 37, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Benjamin J. Roy, 28, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for creation of an immediate hazard when vehicle operated left of center fails to yield to other vehicle.

The following individuals forfeited a $40 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceed night limit of 65 mph: Eryn Joy-Ariella Anitavi, 32; Mitchell Bryan Bradford, 56.

Cindy Bellick, 51, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Joel Ryan Mastre, 21; Tylor Mclean Larson, 34; Matthew Stephen Softich

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Alton Mark Neeley, 44; Gail Roberta Robinson, 61.

The following individuals forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Gayle Morgan Mocko, 57; Kenneth James Ault, 44; Betty Gaddy, 60; Timothy Joseph Gallagher, 71.

Justin Paul Franjevic, 49, forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Thomas Wambeke, 47, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Braden Isaac Shortridge, 29, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special speed limit.

Helen B. Jeakins, 78, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to all vehicles on highway.
