nd join us for a great chicken dinner this Thursday. The meal starts at 5 p.m. and the cost is only $5 per person.
The foot clinic will be here on Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. until noon, and cards will be played here on Monday, Oct. 20, at 7 p.m.
We will have a spaghetti, dinner here at the center, on Saturday, Oct.18. We will start serving at 5 p.m., and the cost is $5 per person.
Family rates will also be offered, and children under 5 years will eat at half price. This dinner is to raise funds for our nutrition program.
Our menu for the next two weeks is:
• Wednesday, Oct. 8: pulled pork
• Thursday, Oct. 9: chicken, 5 p.m.
• Friday, Oct. 10: hamburger gravy
• Monday, Oct. 13: baked ham
• Wednesday, Oct. 15: shepherds pie
• Friday, Oct. 17: pizza
• Monday, Oct. 20: taco soup and chicken noodle soup
• Wednesday, Oct. 22: meat loaf
• Friday, Oct. 24: turkey Alfredo
With the exception of our Thursday night meal, all of our meals are at noon and cost $4 if you are over 60 years of age. Besides the meals served here at the center, we also offer home delivered meals to seniors who are housebound. If you would like to join us at the center, but don’t have a ride and live within the city limits, call us at (406) 676-2367 and we can arrange to have the bus pick you up.
The COA is having a raffle with a lot of great prizes. Call them at
(406) 676-2367, to get more information or to purchase tickets.
The COA offers also rides to Lake County residents for medical appointments and to go shopping. If you need a ride, call them at (406) 676-2368 to schedule a ride with them. They are also in need of volunteer drivers so if you have the time to do this, give them a call. They provide the car and the gas; all you need to do is volunteer your time.
