PABLO — Two Eagle River School has been selected to receive an Apple grant as part of the ConnectED program. The award will enable Two Eagle River to provide a comprehensive 1:1 technology solution for every student and teacher, including Apple hardware, software, and services.

By providing students, teachers, and administrators with Apple technology, Two Eagle River School will be able to enrich its classroom experience and expand opportunities for its students.

Two Eagle River will work one-on-one with the Apple team to provide enough iPads for every student, an iPad mini and MacBook for every teacher, and an Apple TV for every classroom. Apple is also providing software and educational content based on specific classroom needs. Part of the grant is for ongoing professional development with the teachers and school leadership.

Two Eagle River School is the tribal school of the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Reservation and is an alternative school for Native American students in grades 8 – 12. Two Eagle River provides culturally relevant curriculum in a safe, healthy environment. The school community creates a foundation for each student to become a lifelong learner, to promote development of the whole individual, and to become a responsible, productive citizen of the community, state, nation, and world. This grant will have a tremendous impact on the students and our greater community.
