Lake County citizens vote Daines, Zinke

POLSON — Unofficial Lake County election results were released early on Nov. 5 with a 53 percent voter turnout rate. 

Results will be official after they are canvassed Nov. 17.

In the race between House District 15 candidates Joe Read and George G. Kipp III, Kipp passed Read with 1,018 votes to Read’s 770, although Read won in Lake County. In the Justice of the Peace race, Randy Owens had 4,913 votes and incumbent Joey Jayne received 2,806 votes.
