Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from March 12-18, 2010:

Whitney T. Bennett, 18, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense and operating with an expired registration - failure to reregister. She was found guilty of both offenses, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended for failure to carry proof. For operating with an expired registration, she was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Daniele Leigh Sanford, 36, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

Andrea Kay Druesdow, 39, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - second offense and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty of both offenses, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended for operating without liability insurance. For driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, she was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Glenn Jerry Reum, 55, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense. He was found guilty of all three offenses, fined $285 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, fined $185 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended for criminal possession and fined $385 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended for failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle.

Loren Roy Crane, 47, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended.

Nathan Allen Speer, 33, pleaded guilty to driving without a license in possession. He was found guilty, fined $100, charged $35 in costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Stephanie Rebecca Bruton, 37, forfeited her bond of $95 for speeding, going 79 mph in a 55 mph zone.
