Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases from March 13-19, 2010:

Morgan Douglas Fore-Jellesed, 19, pleaded guilty to theft - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $185 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail.

Charles H. Vanlear, 20, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $135 in court costs and sentenced to three days in jail.

Jenna Marie Ness-Newmann, 22, pleaded guilty to theft - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $300, charged $85 in costs, ordered to pay restitution of $122.99 and was sentenced to one day in jail. 

Brian Richard Smart, 52, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Christian C. Russell, 43, forfeited his bond of $40 for speeding, going 49 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Tima Ardell Brown, 49, pleaded guilty of a right-of-way violation, failure to yield. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Tammy Shelly Birk, 45, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Kenneth Alen Stiffler, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Ossac Ansgar Kundsen, 23, pleaded guilty to operating with an expired registration - failure to reregister. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

John Malcolm Johnson, 60, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to two days in jail.

Beverly Ann Manders-Quinones, 67, forfeited her bond of $50 for speeding, going 27 mph in a 15 mph zone.

Jeremiah Z. Osuna, 22, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail.
