CHARLO — The Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana closed for the winter season Nov. 1, ending a successful 2014 season with a two-day non-perishable food drive. Board President Rod Wamsley delivered 107 pounds of food to the Bread Basket in Ronan, thanks to the generosity of our friends and neighbors. During the winter months, staff and volunteers will be busy preparing the museum for the 2015 season that starts April 1. The museum is still open for group tours by appointment, so please leave your tour request information at 644-3435 or send by email to ninepipesmuseum@montana.com.

Also coming up is the museum’s annual fundraiser, the Black Tie Dinner scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 15. Remember, the tie is optional.
