ARLEE — The foot care lady, Jane Bronson, will be in Arlee at the Senior Center from 10:30 a.m.-noon on Dec. 8. Be sure to sign up for this service by Wednesday or Friday this week. This is one of the preventative measures that can save you much pain and many dollars if a serious condition is caught early enough. Diabetics are particularly susceptible to foot problems, many of which can be successfully treated with early detection.

The Arlee Senior Center is in need of a new cook. The pay is $10 an hour and the hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Additional hours are on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 1 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Experience in preparing home-style meals for groups from 15-40 people is needed. For the right person, there is potential for expansion of this position with appropriate pay. The applicant should have experience planning menus, over-seeing and working within a budget and supervising a cook’s helper. For more information, call (406) 726-3481, (406) 726-3718, or (406) 726-3448. You can pick up an application, or get additional information about the job, by stopping by the Arlee Senior Center at 106 Wessinger Street in Arlee or calling (406) 726-3213 during the hours previously mentioned.

Everyone is wished a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
