RONAN — With Christmas fast approaching, it is easy to forget all the things that are going on. This Wednesday is the our Christmas dinner and Friday is our birthday dinner, for both the months of November and December. Both meals are at noon, and we would love to have you join us.
We will be closed on Christmas day and the day after. We will also be closed on New Years day and the day after.
Wednesday is also the day that Jane will be here for the foot clinic. She will be here from 10:00 until noon. You don’t need an appointment for this, and it is on a “first come, first served” basis. There is no cost for this service, but donations are gladly accepted. This is one of the many services offered to you by the Council on Aging.
The COA also offers rides for shopping and medical appointments between Missoula and Kalispell. They ask that you give the 48 hour notice if the ride is out of County, and 24 hours notice if it is in Lake County. The number to call is 676-2368. They are also in need of volunteer drivers to take people to their appointments.
We are glad that George Stonehocker is up and about, and that he and his caretaker are able to join us for our meals again.
A get well wish goes to Jan Schmitz, as she has been ill, and hopefully is on the road to recovery.
