ARLEE — The Arlee Senior Citizens Center will hold their general annual meeting on Jan. 10, 2015, at 6 p.m. during the Second Saturday Evening Dinner. There will be reports to the membership by officers and members of the Board of Directors, including a financial report for the year and discussion about future projects. There will be drawings for door prizes at intervals throughout the meeting.

This may be the last opportunity to buy raffle tickets for a beautiful quilt donated to the center by the four generous quilters, Joyce, Connie, Margaret and Sherry. Tickets are $2 each, three for $5, and seven for $10.

The regular monthly meeting of the board of directors will be held Monday, Jan. 5, at 11 a.m. This is also our birthday lunch and we have a record number of birthdays this month: Rex Tanner, Nadine Espinoza, Betty Younger, Marty Wright, Rudy King, Pat Hartless, Gail Davis, Dee McKnight, and Maureen Talbert. We also want to welcome our new cook, Marilyn Moran, a long-time resident of Arlee/Jocko Valley. Please stop by to welcome Marilyn and sample her delicious cooking.

As we try to arrange each month, the LCCOA foot care lady, Jane Bronson, will be at the Arlee Senior Center Jan. 12, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Give yourself the gift of a “pedi-care” check-up and be done with long, sharp toenails. Call (406) 726-3213 for an appointment, so you won’t have to wait in line.

The menu for the first half of December is:

•  Lunches are served each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon.

•  Dinners are served at 6 p.m. the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. •  All meals are served with a main entree, vegetable, fruit, rolls, milk, juice, coffee or tea and a dessert.
