RONAN — One of the services of the Lake County Council on Aging is the oversight of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program. Commodities are delivered every other month on the third Tuesday of the month to the Christian Church in Pablo and to the Polson Senior Center. Volunteers place the food items in bags and they are then delivered to senior centers in Lake County for clients to pick up.
At this time we provide for 225 seniors and are accepting applications. Recipients must be at least 60 years of age. Income limits are $1,265 a month for one person or $1,705 per month for two people.

The next disbursement will be Tuesday, Jan. 20.
