News from The Heart Of The Helper

We truly appreciate all the businesses, organizations and individuals that have chosen to support the non-profit 501c3 community-based assistance program, “The Heart Of The Helper.” This daily necessities pantry was established in 2013 to help those in need in our community with items that they would not normally find at their local food pantries. Our inventory includes hair care products, hygiene products, dental care products, laundry products and other miscellaneous items.

Businesses and other organizations that have so generously donated to the success of “The Heart Of The Helper” include Mission Mountain Worship Center, S&K Technologies, Walmart, Polson, S&K Gaming, Les Schwab of Ronan, Zion Lutheran Church of St. Ignatius, The General Store in St. Ignatius, East Valley Foursquare of Helena, Walgreens, Brooks Street in Missoula, Many Tribes ministry, Costco in Missoula, The First Nations Ministry, Mission Valley Printing in Ronan, St. Luke Community Hospital in Ronan, Gull Printing,  Super 1 of Polson, Don Aadsen Ford, the Hair Company, Pierce Ronan Chevrolet Dodge Chrysler Jeep, the Valley Journal, Harvest Foods of Ronan, Lake County Leader/Advertiser, Rod’s Harvest Foods, Char Koosta, Hanson & Granley True Value, Kerr Radio, and Napa of Ronan.

To the businesses, organizations and individuals that have made donations to “The Heart Of The Helper,” your generosity has made it possible for this outreach to serve the needs of more than 300 households or approximately 850 individuals. Thank you so very much and we hope that you will continue to support our efforts to help those in need in our community.

If you would like to partner with “The Heart Of The Helper” please contact Cheryl at (406) 396-1866. It is important to note that the sustainability of “The Heart Of The Helper” depends on securing the necessary funding to provide for the ever-growing need. One hundred percent of your donation will go towards providing the necessary inventory.

“The Heart Of The Helper” is located inside Mission Mountain Worship Center, off Highway 93, across from the old Logcrafter building. We are open the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
