RONAN – Ronan Senior Citizen’s Center (end of Main Street across from the hospital) invites you to another great time ... friends, food and, if you’re not too timid, fellowship. So come to the center, bring a smile (if you don’t have a smile, come anyway) and expect a smile in return.
We attempt to cover all bases here, but, if you have further questions, call the center’s manager, Andrea who with her mother, Faye Bauer ... (she’s cooking in the kitchen,) knows most everything worth knowing: (406) 676-2371.
Free tax assistance is available to low, moderate-income taxpayers on every Friday. Call (406) 676-2371 for an appointment.
“Treat your Feet” every third Wednesday ... Jane is so good and friendly. Your feet will just love her.
The center’s book shelves are overloaded so come and pickup a book or two. They are being replaced with newer, better and cheaper books. There’s serious reading going on here. Or you can put an on-going puzzle together or pick up a cue stick and play some pool. Commodities are available to those who qualify. Talk to Martha at the Council on Aging (406) 676-2579 to learn more. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - a savvy person to know.
Crafts are Wednesdays at 1 p.m. and cards are the third Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m.
Our lunch menu (always with coffee, milk and or juice) is as follows:
Wednesday, Jan. 28: cheesy broccoli/clam chowder, salad, fruit and cinnamon rolls
Friday, Jan. 30: Birthday Dinner of roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetable, fruit
Stay safe and have a great week.
