POLSON — Mission Valley Aquatics will host this year’s Montana Masters State Championship event March 21-22. This two-day meet is the one and only masters specific swim meet in Montana, and despite the “championship” title, it’s a fun and participation-oriented event in which swimmers of all ages and abilities participate.
There will be two days of swimming, a Saturday night social at the Lake Bar and two administrative meetings, plus fun membership promotions.
Organizers expect about 100 adult masters swimmers, ages 18-90, from across Montana to descend on the state-of-the-art facility and beautiful town. This means hotels, restaurants, shopping hot spots and all other local businesses should benefit from the meet. Sponsorship opportunities are available for local businesses.
